Description
For sale is a vintage 1960s Rexina Teisco electric guitar in classic Tobacco Sunburst finish. Built during the golden era of Japanese guitar manufacturing, this instrument captures the quirky charm and distinctive style that Teisco guitars have become known for among collectors and players alike.
The guitar is in good condition for its age, showing the expected cosmetic wear consistent with over fifty years of use, but no structural issues that affect playability. The finish retains its vintage appeal, and the overall look is full of character. Electronics and hardware are functioning, though as with most vintage guitars, it has its own unique feel and tonal personality.
Rexina Teisco models are valued for their retro styling, lightweight bodies, and unmistakable sound—perfect for surf, garage rock, blues, or anyone seeking something a little different from modern production instruments.
This is not only a playable guitar but also a piece of history that reflects the creativity of the 1960s Japanese guitar market. Whether you are a collector or a musician looking for a unique vintage instrument, this Rexina Teisco is a worthy addition.
It has been professionally set up by Hank’s Guitar Shop in Clearwater and has a 90-day warranty.
