Cancellation / Refunds requested prior to shipping will be subjected to a 4% fee to cover our processing and paperwork costs.
All other return requests must be made within 10 calendar days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this period.
The customer is responsible for insured return shipping, proper packaging, tracking, and all return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned instruments and merchandise must arrive in the same condition in which they were shipped, with all original parts, accessories, cases, documentation, and packing materials. Items showing damage, modification, wear, missing parts, altered setup, improper packaging, or any other change in condition may be refused or subject to an additional deduction from the refund.
All accepted returns are subject to a 4% restocking and payment-processing deduction.
Shipping damage, missing merchandise, or a materially incorrect item must be reported to Hank’s Guitar Shop within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the shipping carton, packing materials, shipping label, and merchandise are required before a claim can be reviewed.
Returns require prior authorization. Merchandise sent back without authorization may be refused.
Except where otherwise required by law, placing an order constitutes acceptance of this return policy.
