However, if approved repair/setup charges exceed $125, the $25 pickup fee may be credited toward the final repair bill. I understand the pickup fee credit policy. After your instrument arrives at the shop, we will evaluate it and contact you with repair recommendations, pricing, and options. You must respond within five (5) days of estimate notification. If you decline the work, a minimum bench/evaluation fee of $35 will be charged. If you do not respond within five (5) days, your instrument may be returned unrepaired or held until arrangements are made. I agree to the estimate / approval policy. If repair work is declined after evaluation, a $35 minimum bench/evaluation fee applies. Return delivery, if requested, is an additional $25. I understand the declined work policy. Storage fees of $1 per day per instrument begin ten (10) days after customer notification that repair work has been completed. Completion notification may be sent by text message, email, or phone. I agree to the storage fee policy. Customer understands that instruments should be provided in a hard case or gig bag whenever possible. Instruments without a case are accepted at customer's risk. I agree to the transport policy. If customer is unavailable during the confirmed route window, the $25 pickup fee is forfeited. I understand the missed pickup policy.
