Description
This model is from Takamine`s G series of the NEX models. NEX is Takamine`s own shape and it features a rounded body with a cutaway. G440C starts off with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. It has a natural gloss finish with black binding on the top. The bridge on G440C is made of rosewood and matched with black pins. The neck on this model features a dovetail joint and a rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets, dot inlays a 1.675″ wide nut and gold plated hardware.
The G440C can find itself in almost any practical use, from casual playing to the stage to the recording studio. The rich, full sound (easily comparable to much more expensive guitars) and ability of this guitar to stay in tune are amazing.
