Keep Your Guitar Playing Its Best — All Year Long
If you play regularly, your guitar doesn’t stay “set up” forever.
Changes in humidity, temperature, and normal playing wear gradually affect how your guitar feels and plays. Most players benefit from at least two setups per year, plus occasional small adjustments in between.
The Player Care Plan is designed for players who want their instrument consistently dialed in—without the hassle of scheduling and paying for every visit separately.
What’s Included
✔ 2 Standard Setups (per year)
A full, professional setup performed twice during your plan period to keep your guitar playing its best.
✔ Up to 12 Adjustment Visits
Quick, in-shop adjustments to keep everything dialed in between setups.
Typical adjustments include:
- truss rod tweaks
- action adjustments
- intonation touch-ups
- pickup height adjustments
- tuning stability fixes
These are short visits designed to keep your guitar performing consistently year-round.
✔ 4 Restring Labor
Professional restring service (labor included) at any time during your plan.
(Strings not included.)
✔ Priority Turnaround
Player Care Plan members receive priority scheduling and faster turnaround whenever possible.
Important Details
- Valid for one guitar only
- Plan term is 12 months from purchase
- Up to 12 adjustment visits per year
- Adjustment visits are for minor corrections and fine-tuning
- Major repairs or changes (fretwork, electronics, nut replacement, etc.) are not included
- String cost not included
- Unused services do not roll over
