Description
This used Palatino VE500 Upright Bass offers a full-size acoustic/electric double bass experience with the convenience of modern construction and electronics. Finished in classic sunburst, the VE500 is well suited for jazz, orchestral, and contemporary styles. It features a laminated spruce top, maple back and sides, and an ebony fingerboard, delivering warm, resonant tone with solid projection.
The built-in piezo pickup and volume/tone controls provide reliable amplified performance, making it an excellent option for both stage and studio settings. It comes equipped with a sturdy adjustable bridge and durable tuners.
This bass is in good playing condition, with no issues affecting tone or functionality. It does have cosmetic damage on the top right side of the body and along one edge, as shown in the photos, but these do not impact playability or structural integrity.
Included is a padded gig bag for transport and protection. A practical and affordable choice for players seeking a versatile upright bass with electric capabilities.
