Description
This used Ovation Celebrity acoustic/electric bass delivers the distinctive roundback design and reliable amplified tone that Ovation is known for. Built for players who want acoustic warmth with stage-ready electronics, this bass works equally well for unplugged sessions, rehearsals, or live performance.
The guitar is in good condition, showing normal cosmetic wear from use but no structural issues. The neck is straight and comfortable, and the frets have plenty of life remaining. Unplugged, it produces a focused, articulate acoustic tone that sits nicely in small ensemble settings. Plugged in, the onboard electronics provide clear, balanced output that cuts through a mix without excessive feedback—one of the strengths of the Ovation design.
This bass has been professionally set up by Hank’s Guitar Shop in Clearwater. The setup includes proper neck relief, comfortable string height, accurate intonation, and a full electronics check to ensure dependable performance. It plays cleanly and comfortably across the neck.
Includes a 90-day warranty for added confidence.
If you’re looking for an affordable acoustic/electric bass with proven stage reliability and a fresh professional setup, this Ovation Celebrity is ready to go.
