Description
This used 1985 Cort AN-2 Solid Body Thinline Electric Classical Guitar offers a unique blend of classical tone and electric guitar convenience. Made in Korea, the AN-2 features a natural finish over a solid body design, delivering excellent sustain and feedback resistance—ideal for stage performance and recording.
Equipped with a Shadow Mag piezo bridge pickup, this guitar produces a clear, articulate tone that captures the warmth and character of nylon strings while providing reliable amplified sound. The thinline body design makes it lightweight and comfortable, especially for players accustomed to electric guitar profiles.
In good condition, this guitar shows typical cosmetic wear for its age but remains structurally sound and fully functional. The neck is straight, the frets have plenty of life, and the electronics are working properly.
A rare and distinctive instrument, the Cort AN-2 is perfect for classical players who need on-stage versatility or electric guitarists exploring nylon-string tone without feedback issues. Includes vintage appeal and dependable performance in one well-crafted guitar.
This guitar has been set up by the techs at Hank’s Guitar Shop and has a 90-day warranty.
